At Infinite Pilates I am committed to providing you with a safe, well supervised environment to get the best out of your pilates and your body.  I am a fully qualified teacher with the APMA (Australian Pilates Method Association) with Health Fund rebates available to eligible clients. I offer private classes and semi-private classes all held in my fully equipped airconditioned studio.  My aim is to build trusting relationships where we work together to create your individual program, tailored to your personal needs and goals.  My aim is to help you discover the benefits of pilates and just how good your body is designed to feel and look.

Pilates is the practice of physical and mental conditioning that can improve your strength, flexibility and coordination as well as reduce stress and improve mental focus. It can alleviate pain and improve joint stability and mobility all while fostering an improved sense of wellbeing.
